About ...

I'm Jo and am married with three beautiful daughters. I live in Bedfordshire and hold a diploma in Antenatal Education and a certificate in Maternal and Child Health. I have completed doula training with Nurturing Birth and am working towards my accreditation.

The miracle of birth fascinates me and I never tire of sharing the information I have gained over the years to promote a better understanding of what is happening to your body and how best to prepare for the birth of your baby. I love to teach, empower, support and nurture and would welcome the opportunity to share my tips and experience with you.

Giving birth can be a scary time if you don't understand what's happening. My aim is to de-mystify the process and help you to have a positive experience you will want to tell everyone about!
