Postnatal Doula - The Package

Sometimes you just need another pair of hands! As your postnatal doula I will come to your home and help take some of the pressure off so you can concentrate on being a mummy. My warm, friendly and easy nature means that I'm easy to have around and my aim is to encourage and support you as a new mum, not take over!

Some of the everyday duties I can help with may include:

Reassurance and support
Practical babycare tips
Light housework
Breastfeeding support
Preparing simple meals
Food shopping
General tidying
Companionship and adult company
Entertaining an older child/children
Washing/emptying machine/dishwasher
Walking the dog

I prefer to work Mon-Fri between 10:00 a.m and 2:30 p.m but am happy to be flexible. I'll travel up to 15 miles from Leighton Buzzard and my fee is £10 per hour (with a minimum booking of 20 hours) plus mileage @ £10 per trip.
